- Complete southbound Lehigh River bridge.
- Complete southbound approach pavement/realignment.
- Shift southbound Turnpike traffic onto new alignment.
- Construct concrete deck, parapets for northbound Lehigh River bridge.
- Construct northbound approach pavement/realignment.
